The 2025 Annual Cake Auction... Thank you to all who organized, baked, and attended the July 2025 Annual Cake Auction, BBQ, and Craft Fair. Cakes and pies were bought for $25 - $125! Proceeds exceeding $4,000 benefit the JMMY Center daily operations.

2025-26 Season: It took a lot of effort and planning in 2021, and the Community Ice Skating Rink for the Town of Georgia has been a reality each winter since then . HOWEVER... due to 2025 weather and frozen ground sneaking up sooner than expected, the JMMY Center will not have an outdoor skating rink this season.
Normally, one can find the rink on the premises of the JMMY Center at 1486 Stone Bridge road, across the street from the Georgia Plain Baptist Church. This project is made possible each season by the JMMY Board, the Georgia Fire Department, and other community volunteers. Seasons that the rink is up and running, volunteers are needed and welcome to help with snow removal off the ice this Winter.
To use the rink, community members are asked to fill out the waiver each season. https://jmmyvt.org/skating-waiver
